New Menu Additions

Check out some of the tasty new additions to our menu!

Sausage and Spinach Stuffed Pasta - Sausage, cheese, and spinach filled pasta topped with tomato sauce and parmesan.

Pepper Steak - Tender strips of beef with green bell peppers and tomatoes.

Chile Verde - A Mexican stew made from chucks of pork slow cooked in garlic, tomatillos, and chile peppers.

Chicken Cornbread Dressing - This dressing is wonderful as a main dish or as a side dish. It's our classic southern recipe - straight from the kitchen of my wife's "Mam-maw"!

European Meat Pie - Stewed chunks of beef and vegetables surrounded in Galette dough. English-style filling + french-style pastry = delicious!

Beef Burgundy (boeuf bourguignonne) - A classic french dish. Beef, mushrooms, and onions stewed in a rich beef stock and wine. Rich and delicious!

Tangy Dijon Beef - Slices of tender beef in a tangy dijon cream sauce. Served with rice.

European Meat Pie - Stewed chunks of beef and vegetables surrounded in Galette dough. English-style filling + french-style pastry = delicious!

Creole Beef Hash - chunks of tender beef, sauteed creole vegetables and potatoes.

Beef Carbonnade - Somewhat like classic beef stew, which is made with red wine, beef carbonnade is made by slowly simmering beef, onions, and a variety of vegetables with beer instead. Served over pasta or potatoes.

Ropa Vieja - Ropa Vieja is a very traditional Cuban entrée. It's shredded beef with tomatoes served over rice. The name literally means “old clothes” which is what the beef looks like after it is shredded. It is an incredibly flavorful entrée.

Hearty Tuscan Bean Stew with Sausage and Cabbage

Moroccan Chicken and Lentils - tender chicken, and lentils in a flavorful moroccan spice medley - coriander, cumin, and cinnamon. Served over basmati rice and topped with fresh parsley and toasted almonds.

Spanish Pumpkin and Bean Soup - Beans and dice ham or pancetta with sweet paprika, tomatoes, chopped pumpkin, pears, and green beans in a homemade chicken stock.

Greek Meatballs with Lemon-Herb Orzo - Tasty handmade lamb meatballs made served over orzo with a fresh lemon-Greek herb sauce (fresh oregano and parsley). Delicious!

Chicken Cassoulet with Acorn Squash - Chicken, smoked sausage, and bacon with winter vegetables in it's own gravy.

Indoor Souvlaki - A non-grilled, indoor version of a Greek "takeout" classic. Tender pieces of lemon and olive oil marinated pork, sliced tomatoes and onions. Served with rice. Also served with a side of tzatziki.

Pizza - Thick or thin crust pizzas. Any type of sauce (we recommend our classic tomato, our pesto, or our creamy alfredo). Any type of topping. "Gourmet Pizza" at home! Yum!
